What these movements teach and how they compare to the Word of God is the subject of these local articles and links. This issue will not go away. These systems of thought claim to have found the linchpin of theology, redefining justification and, thus, by implication, every doctrine associated with it.
Prayerfully, these articles will prove useful for God’s Church. Providence church being dedicated to watching the theological winds of our times and equipping our sister churches with this knowledge already invited speakers to address these issues. Dr. Venema spoke two Springs ago about NPP; this Spring professor Strange lectured on FV (2006). Their excellent lectures are below. (The lectures would be very useful for Sunday School and the like).
